WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but they are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
You will receive an email confirming your tracking information once your order is shipped.
*Rates are based on current rates offered by third-party shippers and may change without notice at any time. When rates change, I will do my best to update this page to reflect those changes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at naomi@helpmenaomi.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Domestic and International Shipping for Books and Planners
Shipping my books and planners work a little different since I have to build those shipping zones out manually. I currently offer shipping for my books and planners to the following countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- France
- Germany
- Italy
- Portugal
- Spain
- United Kingdom
- United States (Including Alaska and Hawaii)
If your country is not listed, please email me at naomi@helpmenaomi.com and I will look into possibilities to adding a service to your area.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Help Me Naomi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
When Will I Get my Planner?
Buying books direct from the publisher works a little differently than buying books from a bookstore. Rather than purchasing books from a stock of inventory, books are printed once the order is placed. On average, a planner can take from 3-5 business days to print before shipping.
How Long Does Shipping Take for the Planners?
Shipping may vary according to weather and other unforeseen delays. The average delivery time is shown in the chart below:
