Shipping Policies
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and some holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Domestic and International Shipping
Most of the merchandise in this shop is available worldwide, but shipping my books is a little different since I have to build those shipping zones out manually. I currently offer shipping for my books and planners to the following countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- France
- Germany
- Italy
- Portugal
- Spain
- United Kingdom
- United States (Including Alaska and Hawaii)
If your country is not listed, please email me at naomi@helpmenaomi.com and I will look into possibilities to adding a service to your area.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Help Me Naomi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at naomi@helpmenaomi.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
When Will I Get my Planner?
Buying books direct from the publisher works a little differently than buying books from a bookstore. Rather than purchasing books from a stock of inventory, books are printed once the order is placed. On average, a planner can take from 3-5 business days to print before shipping.
How Long Does Shipping Take for the Planners?
Shipping may vary according to weather and other unforeseen delays. The average delivery time is shown in the chart below:
