Refunds and Returns
Because of the nature of this shop and the products offered, I do not offer refunds on delivered products. However, I do want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you're unhappy with one of my planners or books:
Because of the nature of planners, I do not offer any returns or refunds. But I do want you to be happy with your planner. Therefore, if you do have any issues or problems with the planner, please email me at email@example.com with your concerns and I will address them.
I am constantly asked about what the best methods or the best tools are for writing your books. The truth is that the best tools are going to be those ones with which you're the most comfortable. The more comfortable you are with a tool, the more likely you will use that tool and the more likely you will get the results you're after.
Planners are the same thing: the more comfortable you are with them, the more likely you are to use them and get the results you're after.
If items arrive at your door damaged:
I hate when packages arrive damaged. Even more, I hate when I have to take time out of my day to send a damaged package through the mail to process an exchange.
I use protective packaging to ensure your products arrive in your hands pristine and looking great, but sometimes things happen.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will then work on getting a replacement product out to you as fast as possible. No need for you to send me the damaged one at all.
